Participating agencies must agree to report giving four times (8:30 a.m., Noon, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.) on the day of Permian Basin Gives. (Mechanism for reporting will be circulated in advance.)

Participating agencies must report final giving total and total number of donors by May 25. (Reporting mechanism to be provided.) Data will be used to report to the Abell-Hanger Foundation and to acknowledge participation within our communities.
