Permian Basin Gives Nonprofit Participation Agreement 2025

To take part in the Permian Basin Giving Day, a nonprofit must complete and submit the following form by Monday, April 7, 2025.

All criteria must be met in order to be considered eligible. All profile information must be received in order to be included on Permian Basin Gives website and marketing materials/efforts.

Participating agencies must be classified as a 501(c)3 by the IRS and be in good standing with the state and IRS and not in violation of any applicable state, local, federal law, ordinance, or regulation. Please enter your EIN/Federal Tax Identification Number below.

Participating agencies must promote the event, both in advance and day of, through invitations to the giving day event. These promotions can be posted on agency website, social media, and other forms of advertising and donor communications.

We would like to promote an overall Permian Basin Gives fundraising goal for the event day. (i.e. 26 agencies hope to raise $500,000). Individual agency goals will be aggregated to set this goal.
